Growth strategy audits, CAPI tracking infrastructure setups, and custom landing page development involve dedicated senior engineering and media strategist hours. Once customized development work or creative production has commenced, setup fees are non-refundable.

2. Performance Retainers & Cancellation

Monthly management retainers operate on flexible 30-day billing cycles with zero multi-year lock-in traps. Clients may pause or cancel future monthly cycles at any time by providing written notice 7 business days prior to the next billing date.

3. Third-Party Ad Platform Spend

Funds spent directly on Meta, Google, or other advertising networks are non-refundable through Adyxhub as those transactions occur directly between the client and the respective advertising network.
